The Blueprint “Stack” dropped last week. I ordered it and it should be here soon.

Week 9

I didn’t write an update last week because there wasn’t really anything to update. I continue to be consistent on eating my modified Blueprint Super Veggie Bowl.

As I mentioned a couple of weeks ago, I think the Nutty Pudding is a pain in the ass to make and clean up after. Not to mention, I don’t like the texture and the flavor doesn’t really agree with me.

So, my workaround was to put most of the ingredients into the Veggie Bowl concoction and water it all down a bit into a soup. This has worked really well so far and I find myself looking forward to my daily soup.

Unlike Mr. Johnson, I continue to eat animal protein. He said in a recent interview with Tucker Carlson that meat is acceptable, but suboptimal.

He’s certainly done the research and I’d be silly to go against that. Call me silly then, because I still adhere to the idea, unsupported as it may be, that animal protein is a superior source of protein and trace minerals than Mr. Johnson’s vegan dinner option, and indeed the lentils he uses in the Veggie Bowl.

Blueprint Stack

The really interesting thing that happened was the release of the Blueprint Stack. This is very exciting to me, because it seems to encompass the vast majority of the supplementation regiment that Mr. Johnson has developed.

The highlighted supplements are the only ones I still need to get after the Blueprint Stack arrives. The rest are either Rx, specific to Mr. Johnson, or available dietarily, e.g. cocoa and protein (pea).

This is an enormous boost, because it substantially reduces the logistics burden of procuring all the different supplements from various sources.

I’ve already incorporated collagen peptides into my veggie soup, so all that’s left to get are just a handful of things. Many of those listed above support gut health, which I’m certain are going to be helpful to my journey.

Moving forward

Truly, the Blueprint Stack is a game-changer. Adherence to the protocol just got significantly easier. Currently, it is about $350 for a month’s supply. There’s probably an additional $100–150 dollars in monthly supplements I still need to get.

But, my weekly grocery bill will certainly decline, hopefully near-proportionately. So, the daily meal plan moving forwad is this:

  1. Blueprint Stack
  2. Eight additional supplements
  3. Veggie soup without the nuts and berries added.
  4. A 10–12oz grass-fed, grass-finished steak.

And that’s it. This all seems really doable now. I’m very pleased.

I will, of course, continue my burpee practice. Excess subcutaneous adipose tissue (fat) is clearly being reduced, though I’m still carrying more than I’d like.

I’ve got another 6–8 weeks before my next blood test and TruDiagnostic test. Which means, it will probably be 10–12 weeks before I know if I’m headed in the right direction.

I can report already that mental clarity and overall energy levels are improving. Sleep quality has suffered somewhat lately, I think largely due to work related stress. But, it is slowly improving as well and I’m hopeful the incorporation of the Blueprint Stack accelerates all of this progress.

That’s it for this week.
